Transaction service: Pythas uses your personal information to process your orders, and to communicate with you about orders and services;
Communication: Pythas uses your personal information to communicate with you in relation to Pythas Services;
Pythas collects and processes identity information and Sensitive Personal Data (as detailed in section 1) to comply with Pythas´ Know Your Customer (“KYC”) obligations under applicable laws and regulations, and Anti-Money Laundering laws and regulations.
Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the internet, login, email address, password and location of your device or computer, Pythas Services metrics(e.g. The occurrences of technical errors, your interactions with service features and content, and your settings preferences), version and time zone settings.

Pythas do not knowingly collect information from Users authorized applicants under the age of 18 and/or their Internet usage, and such persons are not authorized to use Pythas Services. If Pythas obtain actual knowledge that an applicant is under the age of 18, then Pythas will take steps to remove that user’s personal information from our databases. By using Pythas Services, you as an user authorized applicant represent that you are at least 18 years old. Pythas is committed to facilitate the exercise of your rights as an user of Pythas Services granted by the laws of your jurisdiction, which may include the right to request the correction, modification, or deletion of your personal information and the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information (as applicable). Pythas will do the best to honor your requests subject to any legal and contractual obligations. Although Pythas may do so at its discretion, Pythas does not delete your information upon request, unless required to do so under applicable law.
(ii) You may opt out of receiving electronic marketing communications from us by clicking next to the “unsubscribe” link on the communication or contacting Pythas at info@pythas.io Some non-marketing communications may not be subject to general opt-out, such as fulfilling Pythas obligations when services are requested and disclosures to comply with legal requirements, software updates and other support-related information.
(iii) Subject to local law, you may have additional rights under the laws of your jurisdiction regarding your personal data, such as the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
(iv) You may be able to disable Cookies through your browser settings, but if you delete or disable Cookies, you may experience interruptions or limited functionality in certain areas of the Services.
2. California Disclosures
(i) Pursuant to the California “Shine the Light” information-sharing disclosure requirements, California residents may request a list of all third parties with respect to which Pythas has disclosed any information about you for direct marketing purposes and the categories of information disclosed. If you are a California resident and want such list, please send Pythas a written request by email to info@pythas.io with “California Shine The Light Rights” in the subject line.
(ii) Pursuant to the California Do Not Track disclosure requirements we do not respond to Do Not Track browser settings.
(iii) Pursuant to the California Privacy Act (“CCPA”) disclosure requirements, California residents have the right to request:

The business or commercial purpose of collecting or selling personal information;
The categories of third parties with whom Pythas share or sell personal information;

Please be advised that through your continued use of Pythas Services, which is governed by California law, this Privacy Policy, and Pythas Terms of Use, your personal information will be held in the United States and you expressly consent thereto and consent to be governed by California law for these purposes.
